If you are driven, creative, motivated and want to make a difference in the UK Jewish community, you should apply for the UJIA Adam Science Foundation Leadership Programme. ASFLP is a dynamic leadership programme for young professionals who will take an active leadership role in the community.

In the first year you will develop your vision, leadership skills, understanding and knowledge of the community and afterwards continue your communal journey through the Alumni Network.
Who should apply:
• Young professionals
• Already involved in the community at some level in a lay (voluntary) capacity
• Willing to engage in a cross communal, innovative, challenging and rewarding year long programme
