3. To Elect our representative to the Board of Deputies for the Triennial Session 2012-2015

4. To Elect an additional non-voting under 35 years of age observer

5. Vote by a show of hands

6. To Close the meeting and announce that a Council meeting will take place afterwards

Should you wish to nominate a member as the representative or as the under 35 years of age observer please let me know in writing or by e mail at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
